Positive Minds Psychotherapy Services will pair you with a trained mental health professional who will use a particular approach or blend elements from different approaches and tailor your treatment according to your needs. You can expect to spend some time discussing situations and challenges in your life, then you and your therapist will choose an approach or a combination of different approaches to therapy that best fits your specific situation.
