APPROACH TO TREATMENT

Life is full of challenges. You don’t need to be alone in this journey. Having to support family members to go through grief and mental health issues, I know firsthand how crucial it is to provide validation and compassion in the therapeutic process. With a person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed perspective, I offer a safe environment for you to explore and navigate your way out of difficult situations.

My therapeutic models include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interview (MI), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT / EFIT), and Internal Family Systems. My approach is integrating the above evidence-based strategies that suit your needs. Together we can foster your inner resilience to cope with your life concerns.
