EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Euphy holds a Master of Divinity in Counselling from Tyndale University College and Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Washington.

For more than 15 years, she has supported individuals, couples, and families through emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Her clinical experience includes work in community mental-health settings and faith-based organizations, giving her a broad and compassionate understanding of diverse client backgrounds.

A Non-Traditional Path

Before entering the field of psychotherapy, Euphy worked in the IT sector, where she gained firsthand experience with:

  • High-pressure, fast-paced work environments

  • Burnout and work-life imbalance

  • Perfectionism and productivity expectations

  • Career uncertainty and major transitions

This background enriches her work with clients navigating stress, transitions, identity questions, and workplace-related challenges.

APPROACH TO TREATMENT

Euphy takes an integrative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s needs and goals. She provides a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. In therapy, she works with clients to:

  • Explore their inner experiences and personal narratives

  • Understand patterns shaped by relationships, culture, and life contexts

  • Develop practical coping strategies and emotional skills

  • Strengthen resilience, self-compassion, and alignment with personal values

Euphy’s work honours each client’s cultural identity, lived experience, and aspirations—supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – Building on strengths and what works

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) – Supporting readiness for change and resolving ambivalence

Euphy collaborates with clients to identify which approaches best support their needs, values, and therapeutic goals.
