Approach to treatment

Lenny tailors these approaches to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. For some, this may mean gently exploring the body’s wisdom through Focusing; for others, improving communication patterns through the Satir Model or drawing on strengths and solutions to create new possibilities. Together, you will discover what feels supportive and what helps you move toward relief, clarity, and growth.

If you’re longing for a space where you can explore your experiences with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment, Lenny welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside you. You don’t have to navigate this alone, support is here when you’re ready.
