Beyond the therapy room

As a mother of two children, including a young child and a teenager, Carine understands the challenges of balancing parenting demands, family responsibilities, and everyday life. She enjoys reading and writing, and loves reading with her young child daily.

Having travelled to more than 30 countries, Carine has developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the importance of understanding people within their unique cultural, relational, and personal contexts. She brings this perspective into the therapy room through cultural humility, curiosity, and a genuinely responsive approach that honours each client’s unique background, worldview, and lived experience.
