APPROACH TO TREATMENT
Pamela uses an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to each person’s unique goals and needs. She offers a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can safely explore their experiences, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. Her practice is grounded in the belief that healing occurs through connection, creativity, and recognizing each person’s inherent strengths and potential.
Through art therapy, EMDR, and a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Pamela supports clients in expressing, externalizing, and processing their thoughts and emotions in both verbal and symbolic ways. Her approach emphasizes meeting clients where they are and helping them discover new possibilities for growth, insight, and wellbeing.
