APPROACH TO TREATMENT

Over the years, Lenny has observed that many people invest a significant amount of energy in dealing with personal issues, life challenges, and relationship problems. To help them, Lenny incorporates the Satir Model, Focusing Approach, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to enhance self-awareness, self-understanding, self-acceptance, and self-care. The Focusing Approach helps us listen to our bodies’ messages without judgment or criticism, while the Satir Model promotes congruent communication, self-esteem, and responsibility for our choices. In addition, SFBT helps us utilize our strengths and resources rather than allowing problems to overwhelm and debilitate us.
