APPROACH TO TREATMENT
Lenny understands that navigating personal challenges and relationship struggles can feel overwhelming, and he honours the courage it takes to reach out for support. His approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine respect for each person’s lived experience.
He draws from several evidence-based and client-centred modalities that support insight, healing, and meaningful change, including:
-
Focusing Approach – Listening to the body’s cues to understand and process emotions
-
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) – Deepening awareness and supporting emotional regulation
-
Satir Model – Encouraging authentic communication, self-esteem, and personal congruence
-
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – Building on strengths and creating practical, hopeful steps forward
-
Family / Marital Approaches – Supporting healthier communication and relationships
-
Humanistic Therapy – Valuing each client’s lived experience, inner wisdom, and potential for growth
-
Strength-Based Approaches – Highlighting resilience and using existing strengths as pathways to change
Lenny tailors these approaches to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. For some, this may mean gently exploring the body’s wisdom through Focusing; for others, improving communication patterns through the Satir Model or drawing on strengths and solutions to create new possibilities. Together, you will discover what feels supportive and what helps you move toward relief, clarity, and growth.
If you’re longing for a space where you can explore your experiences with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment, Lenny welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside you. You don’t have to navigate this alone—support is here when you’re ready.
